Studio Identity

Pretocoedi is a Bari-based interior concept studio focused exclusively on restaurant and dining venue design documentation. Founded in 2013 by architect-interior specialist Francesca Lorusso, the studio produces layouts and material studies without holding restaurant licences or employing kitchen staff.

Concept-Only Practice

We stop at design presentation packages suitable for investor decks and landlord applications. Construction administration may be referred to associated architects of record. No food is prepared or served from Via Sparano premises.

Puglia Influence

Local stone, terrazzo traditions, and harbour light quality inform palettes for coastal venues while inland trattoria concepts reference warmer plaster tones. Designs respect ventilation paths common in Mediterranean dining rooms.

Team Skills

Interior designers, technical illustrators, and a food-service flow consultant who models service routes without menu development compose project teams. Deliverables remain design artefacts.
